Calor Gas Village of the Year 2009

Hi to all residents.

The Judges are visiting us on 10th July for about two hours from 10.30am.

We are initially hosting them in the W.I. Hall and invite all residents, who would like to support our entry by showing their interest in our village, to come along from 10am onward. There will be tea and biscuits and various interesting display stands and people from the many village organisations and groups to tell the judges what makes our village tick!

You can play an important part in this just by being there to support us and to chat, if you like, with the three judges.

After this we shall be taking the judges on a tour around the village including a visit at approximately 11.30am to the allotments. We shall be glad if as many allotment holders as can be available could meet the Judges for a chat and to explain their growing plans!
