5. To receive the Financial Report from the Parish Council’s Responsible Financial Officer

6. To receive the Annual Report of Cllr Roger Mazillius, the Isle of Wight Council’s Ward Member for Northwood and Cowes South

7. To receive the Annual Police Report for Gurnard and Northwood

8. To receive the Report of Ms Jacqui Derby, the Environment and Neighbourhood Officer covering Patrol Area 2, in the Cowes, Gurnard, Northwood, East Cowes and Whippingham area

9. To receive the Annual Report of Northwood Women’s Institute by their President, Mrs Elisabeth Hamilton

10. To receive the Annual Report of the Northwood Village Produce Association by Mrs Jill Mazillius

11. To receive the Annual Chairman’s Report of Northwood Community Partnership for 2009/10 by Mr Colin Palmerton
