3. To confirm and authorise the Chairman to sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 17 July 2012 (Paper A – which were circulated and confirmed at the meeting of the Parish Council on 4 September)

a. To consider the following application received and make comments in accordance with the guidance for material planning considerations listed at http://www.iwight.com/council/departments/planning/appsdip/MakingCommentsInfo.aspx
TCP/31184/A – 58 Pallance Road, Northwood, PO31 8LW – Demolition of House, Construction of 3 Detached Homes and Vehicular Access (Revised Submission)
b. TCP/30130/A 42 Oxford Street, Northwood Demolition of conservatory; proposed single storey rear extension to form kitchen/breakfast room (revised scheme) – To note that amended plans have been received, which are considered to be a minor revision to the scheme, and therefore have been approved under delegated procedures, with no further comments required.
c. To consider the letter dated 13 November, with regard to the Island Plan – Local Development Scheme Update and the Medina Valley Area Action Plan Regulation 18(1) (Paper B)
