NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP REPORT

At our June Residents Event we had a very interesting afternoon with Mrs Janet Price and her guide dog Opal.  She gave us an amazing talk, telling how Opal helps her all the time and all the things she does for Janet, especially to keep her safe.
.
The planters have been replaced and are now looking excellent and we are waiting for the plants to show them off. On behalf of the Residents we would like to thank the Parish Council for their support in keeping the village looking lovely and a pleasure to walk round.
.
Please remember the advice given by the Safer Neighbourhood team regarding your computers. They have advised us that there has been very little crime during the past month. Even at the Festival the crime was down, which was pleasing.
.
Our July Residents Event will be on Wednesday 19th July at 2.30pm in the W.I. Hall.

Our August Residents Event will be on Wednesday 16th August at 2.30pm in the W.I. Hall.

The next Northwood Community Partnership Meeting is on

Tuesday 18th July 2017 at 7.00pm in the Travellers Joy public house, Pallance Road.

If you are interested in what happens in the Village, like the upkeep of the flowers and the Residents Events, we would appreciate anyone who has a spare hour to help, to please come along and see what we are trying to do for the Residents of the Village.
