Northwood and Gurnard Great War Memorial Group

To commemorate the forthcoming centenary of the 1914-1918 Great War (World War I) our group is researching the histories of 48 men who gave their lives and whose names are listed on the war memorials in Northwood and Gurnard churches. We hope to produce a booklet for sale through church and community outlets with the proceeds going to the British Legion and Help the Heroes.
