Members were wished a Happy New Year from president Denise Hunter.

Our booked speaker for the afternoon cancelled but Alan Chick stepped in at the last minute and gave a talk on The Classic Boat Museum.

Arrangements were made for the forthcoming Jumble Sale on the 25th January, also the Table Top Sale on the 8th February.

Competition winner for the Best Garden Bloom was Elisabeth Hamilton.
.
Cups were presented for the overall winners of 2013, they are as follows:
Pauline Pledge for the various competitions.
Elisabeth Hamilton for the Best Garden Bloom.
Judith Baker and Trish Boyle share the Cookery Cup.
