To receive and discuss a schedule of proposed signs for the new cross Cowes signage (deadline 7^th February 2007).

12. SUBSIDISED BUS SERVICES

To receive and consider papers on the subsidised bus services for Northwood (deadline 12^th February 2007).

13. ONE MILLION BLOOMS

To receive an update from Councillor Mazillius on expression of interest. (deadline 9^th February 2007).

14. SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive and consider a paper on special responsibilities for members.

15. GRANTS AND FUNDING

To consider a small grant request from Northwood Village Produce Association and discuss future funding strategy

To consider promotion of the Management Committee by designing a logo or headed paper.

17. PUBLICITY

To discuss how to disseminate information within the Northwood News.

18. CALENDAR OF MEETINGS 2007/8

To give preliminary consideration to the calendar of meetings for the 2007/8 municipal year.

To consider options for meetings:

• Continue meeting on the first Tuesday of the month with a Planning meeting on the fourth Tuesday

• As above except in August when full meeting would be replaced by Planning meeting

• Hold full meetings on a three weekly cycle

• To consider an alternative

19. REQUESTS FROM LOCAL RESIDENTS

To consider correspondence regarding Cockleton Lane/Pallance Road junction improvements and bonfires. Also to consider protocol for requests.

20. NORTHWOOD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
