Old Parish Map

Could anyone please help with determining the approximate age of the Old Parish Map that is to be found on this website?

There appears to be an abundance of clues on the map, but no-one has yet been able to offer any idea of its age. The reference AB1968 appears, but we think that is not a reference to the year 1968 (although it may refer to a later modification) as the map was obviously produced much earlier than that – the absence of any housing estate behind Wroxall Farm dating it possibly mid-50s or thereabouts.
