NORTHWOOD W.I. HALL

Northwood Women’s Institute was formed in January 1928 and met in the Church Hut until, in April 1931, the present Hall was opened. It has seen many changes inside and out over the years and most recently - additional parking spaces were created.

Northwood W.I. meet on the first Thursday each month in their Hall, starting at 2pm. We have some very interesting speakers and demonstrations together with a competition.

Visitors and new members are always welcome.

We hold three “Lunch & Games” afternoons each year. Rambles take place on the third Thursday of each month (weather permitting), an “Art & Craft” afternoon takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month and we have (W.I.) Birthday and Christmas lunches. Three Table-
top Sales are held each year.
